The staff is friendly and accommodating.

It was very disappointing that the bed rolled towards the middle. The shower in our room looked quite worn and didn't seem updated. The overall state of the hotel feels neglected, and it appeared that certain areas are in dire need of maintenance.

The hotel was fairly clean with spotless and new-fashioned rooms and courteous staff. The room we had included central heating, cable television and a microwave. Location : the venue was close to all chain restaurants. It was good to be 1 mile away from Taco Bell, serving short-orders.

The hotel is clean and well run, with recently updated interiors and a layout that efficiently accommodates business travelers. There are plenty of power and USB outlets, which are essential for work tasks. The café features a simple a la carte style menu that is perfect for a quick breakfast. The friendly staff contributes to a cute atmosphere.

Quiet hotel, with nice personnel. The rooms with a contemporary decor. Favourable location just off several restaurants, and Dothan; easy check-in.

The staff provided great hospitality, especially Tony at the front desk. The location is convenient with good restaurant options nearby, but the WiFi was unreliable and we encountered fleas in our room, which was unsettling. Still, the cleanliness of the room was satisfactory.

The Starbucks order was always wrong.

The room looked ok, but every single shower dispensers were empty, really? And then a large stain on the wall by the toilet, how classy. I woudl ve been great if I had my king handicap room, but instead got some double queens on higher price and no compensation or even a smile, pathetic.

The rooms were spacious and well-updated with a comfy sofa to relax on. The staff were super friendly and were great too assist guests during the crazy weather with the hurricane ☔️ The indoor pool was a nice option, though it could've been a bit warmer. The breakfast at the Bistro was simple but satisfying 🍳

The coffee at the Starbucks was not the best, and the restaurant service could be a bit more attentive during peak times.

I enjoyed the great breakfast at the Bistro. The staff was friendly, and I had a nice chat with Elena, who made sure I felt welcome. The location was convenient and made it easy for me to explore Dothan, a vibrant place with a lot to see.

Friendly Staff and Great Accommodations for Our Celebration!

Our group enjoyed really good hospitality during a family birthday celebration. The staff ensured we were all on the same floor. The meeting room was perfect for our gathering, and the lobby provided an inviting space for our tailgate. Highly recommend staying here!

Staff very friendly and accommodating . Rooms look outdated and need some repairs. Indoor pool not heated, making it too cold to enjoy.

The King Room was pretty spacious and came with a nice sofa and ottoman, a cool touch. The updated sink area being separate from the shower and toilet felt more convenient. Everything was decorated nicely too. Just wish the shower could've used some refreshment, but overall, it was a comfortable stay.
